So they asked Umesh Yadav and mohammed shami to participate in Ranji trophy for some bowling practice and getting their rhythm back. Same goes to KL Rahul as well. India Vs New Zealand. So it’s good move to send him in ranji trophy where he will get a chance to spend some time in pitch and also will get his rhythm back and then he will get his place in dominant Indian Cricket team because we know that he is far too good.

Shikhar also returns in the team after missing out against Australia due to his wife’s illness. The fast bowler Shardul Thakur also gets a chance to play for India because of his impressive performances in domestic cricket in recent times.

New Zealand team News:
New Zealand also confirms their 15 men squad after adding as many as six players from New Zealand A side Colin Munro, Astle, George Worker, Phillips, Henry Nicholls and Matt Henry. But Tod Astle sustained a groin injury in the first warm-up match against The Board president XI on Tuesday. Ish shodhi will take his place. Colin Munro is set to open with Guptil and Tom Latham will play in middle order.
Players to watch out:
Virat Kohli: Virat is most important and best batsman at the time in world cricket. Getting him out early is very important. We have not seen Virat Kohli’s best in Australia series so he will look to score big. Let’s hope for the double hundred.
Kane Williamson: Like Virat, Kane is also a world class and one of the best batsmen. He is very consistent but has not scored enough against Indians so he will try to score as much as possible against this powerful bowling line up
Bhuvaneshwar Kumar: Bhuveneshwar has improved a lot from last one year. Especially at the death overs. He has been in good form recently and also shows some good batting skills. So he is surely a player to watch
Trent Boult: India is varying of Boult factor. This left-arm fast bowler can give some trouble to mighty Indian batting line-up like behrendorff did for Aussies
Hardik Pandya: he is the next big thing in Indian Cricket. He is in terrific form and can deliver with both bat and bowl. He was the man of the series against Australia and his confidence must be high.
Mitchell Santner: he is New Zealand’s main spinner and he has a good reputation as a left-arm spinner and can trouble the Indian batting order.
