How to make icing – At homemade icing.
- 3 cups powdered sugar
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 to 2 tablespoons milk
Step 1 : Take 1 cup of powder sugar in medium bowl. Add the 1-3 of tablespoon of milk . water or orange juice. We can also used heavy cream. But keep one thing in your mind if you will add more liquid then the icing will be thinner your frosting will be.
Step 2: Stir with spoon taste that make sure its not too thick or too runny. If its to thick then add little milk in that and if it is too thick then add the sugar powder in that.
Step 3 : Refrigerate for 30-40 minutes to thicken.After that add flavor what you want vanilla, almond extract or any other flavor you like.
Step 4 : Spread the frosting on the cake let cake want to cool first.
