So today I\u2019m going to share a few foods you should be eating in this pandemic or keep your immunity level boosted and your health perfect. Before I get into the diet food or healthy food I also want to share that you need to exercise every day to keep your body in shape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The reason behind eating healthy does not mean everything. To keep yourself healthy you also need to work out or any physical activity to keep yourself active. This you need to do to stay active and ultimately a way to stay healthy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Fish is one of the best ways to eat protein. so if you contain a full protein need. Them you can eat as much as fish you can eat rather than taking a protein powder or protein shake to fulfill your daily protein requirement. Eating fish does not go to create any side effects also it will maintain your body’s protein levels. It also contains a high amount of healthy omega 3 fatty acids, and smaller portions of red meat to reduce your risk of diseases like stroke, heart disease, and cancer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
