Ingredients 8 Pieces

  • For The Bread
    • 300 g self-raising flour (2 1/2 cups)
    • 1 teaspoon yeast
    • 1 teaspoon sugar
    • 75 ml warm water (1/3 cup)
    • 130 ml water (1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon)
  • Toppings
    • 1 can finely chopped tomatoes (crushed tomato puree)
    • 3 Tablespoons tomato puree
    • 100 g oyster mushrooms
    • 1 medium aubergine
    • 5-6 pitted black olives
    • 150g fresh pineapple
    • 1 medium red onion
    • 2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 tablespoon black bean sauce
    • Dried basil
    • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Cook

    • Add the sugar and yeast to the warm water in a cup.
    • Stir until the yeast and sugar are completely dissolved. 
    • Leave to stand for 5 minutes or until the yeast rises.
    • Add the yeast to the flour in a mixing bowl.
    • Add the water and knead until a dough is formed.
    • Dust a board with flour and roll the dough flat just slightly larger than the size of the pizza tray.
  • Toppings
    • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
    • Then cut the topping in the appropriate size and put it on top after adding pizza sauce.
    • And put in the oven for 20 minutes and it’s ready to serve.
    • Remove from the oven, let cool a little then slice and serve.
