A Day with a Neurologist
I spend a lot of my day telling other people about what to do and what not. A number of my patients ask me when I follow my own advice; As a Neurologist, I feel that's a fair question and I answer them politely; I really do practice what I preach!
I've got a family and a busy clinic so that I fully realize that time is restricted and our lives could escape control. That is why I prefer to believe that every day brings fresh opportunities to keep health and sanity. Here's what I do to Keep mine:
Nourish myself with juices.
